I read this book in record time. I really like the way Jodi Picoult writes engaging the reader with a very delicate subject. As with all good books it has a really good twist to the end. Since reading this book I have read all her books she is one of my favourite authors.

Yes, the subject is thought provoking, and JP is great at giving a different perspective on a subject, but am I the only one who thinks that she relies too heavily on quite unbelievable coincidences, and that while the plot is gripping, the ending... too hollywood for my liking.

I could not put this book down! you really do empathise with all of the characters. The ethical dilema means you are engrossed right from the beginning and the ending is a real shocker!!! Very well written - can't wait to read more Picoult books.

Jodi Picoult as always, sees a situation from all points of view and makes the reader give much more thought to issues they may not otherwise have considered.

A thought provoking book which looks at genetics from the young donor's point of view. An engrossing book which holds your attention throughout and which has a real twist at the end.
