Reaper Man

by Terry Pratchett

Pratchett at his best, this book had me in stitches. Death has been "layed off", the auditors think he is too involved. With no-one to assisting the dead to move on, strange things start to happen. Windle Poons for example knows he should be dead but he can't move on, he knows something is wrong so decides to sort it out meeting a brilliantly funny cast along the way. Death meanwhile takes a job at a farm using his scythe to bring in the harvest!
This is a must read for any Pratchett fan.
