Oracle Night

by Paul Auster

This is something I have with almost EVERY book of Paul Auster.
When I start reading it, I just cannot put the book aside for a minute. I MUST read on and on. It is as if the book hypnotizes me...

With Oracle Night this experience was quite
heavy, since I really got angry when people around me made too much noise so I couldn't concentrate well on the book.
