The Green Mile

by Stephen King

Although this book had a very predictable end, I believe that the journey is more important than the destination; and for me, The Green Mile was a splendid trip. I grew to hate and respect the characters, the unscrupulous Percy Wetmore, and the Warden who held his head high during his wife's illness. I recommend this book to any and all readers who are in need of a great read..
