  • Individual technical advice and troubleshooting from Opening the Book staff to work with you on any technical problems specific to your service
  • Individual advice and support from Opening the Book staff to your Co-ordinator on any content or training related issues.
  • Opportunity to feed back directly to the course creators and to participate in face-to-face and online discussion with other library services on best practice in managing and evaluating Frontline.
  • Confidence that Opening the Book will maintain a quality evaluation role and will raise concerns where the quality of supervision falls below the standard set for first use of the course.
