Frontline 2010

This online training course is changing the experience of library customers across the UK, Ireland and Australia. Frontline reaches staff in their own place of work and combines online exercises with real tasks in the library. A cascade system enables local management of the course with peer to peer staff assessment. It's relevant, practical and enjoyable. Your staff can share information about their learning and how they apply it in their library with an international group of peers.

Over the five years since its inception, Frontline has created a shared and measurable skills base in reader-centred work right across the public library system. Content and technical design are regularly updated in response to feedback from users. Everyone who graduates from Frontline can access new Refresher modules which challenge thinking and connect keen staff together in an international library network. Find out what Frontline can do for your staff and your library service.
