A new public library within Breightmet PCT and a child-friendly library in Blackrod
A community library has been built as part of the new PCT complex in Breightmet. The library opened in September 09, click here to see more photos of Breightmet. In Blackrod, the public library has been remodelled as a children’s centre/public library.
