We include a free staff training session on Dressing your New Library in every library we install. This gives all staff working at the library both understanding and experience in merchandising and display.

Many customers also book New Ways of Working to help staff understand and plan for the changes in working patterns. This workshop introduces the evidence of user behaviour which underlies an Opening the Book library layout, anticipates customer reactions and helps staff plan how to feel comfortable working off-counter.
