* Make sure you highlight only the data cells not the No of Copies cell at the top or you will get a password protected message.
* Until data is entered, the Summary sheet will show Poor as the overall score and the cells will show #DIV/0! When you enter data in the No of Copies column it will automatically be transferred into the other spreadsheets to calculate your results. If you think any data has not transferred for any reason press F9 to ensure it does.
* Please fill in your numbers of copies on the alphabetical sheet called 2004 Title List not on the 2004 List Working Sheet or we will be unable to use your data in summary calculations.
