Developed and tested during Branching Out, the Frontline course is currently being used by more than 3000 library staff across the UK with the Republic of Ireland joining in 2008. 

Frontline was shortlisted for a 2006 e-Learning Award in the category of Best Support and was a finalist in the National e-government Awards for 2007.
