The response to the Stock Quality Health Check has been tremendous, putting debate about stock centre-stage in a way it has not been for a long time. Every library authority in England and Wales has participated in the programme of regional training sessions Heads of service discussed the strategic implications at 9 regional Society of Chief Librarian seminars.
